Just been away for two weeks in the Troll Buxton then onto Delamere Forest very nice,

However got home and received a final reminder for car tax it ran out 1 May 2022 oh dear I can not remember getting the reminder. Still no harm done car taxed again now. Could have been embarrassing.

Yes Steve, it is an age thing. We now do ours by DDR so they tell us when and how much.

I registered my Skoda when we came back from France, No charge they said !!!!!! yet every year I still have to go online and NOT make a payment?

We bought a Citigo Greentech last November which is rated zero VED and I was wondering what happens at renewal time. More cheekily, is it cheaper if you renew for longer?

I had nothing to do on this hot afternoon

You will get a reminder in October even though there is nothing to pay. DO NOT IGNORE IT. Your car will be shown as untaxed on plods computer system.
I get the same thing with my 1954 AJS

Thanks Murphy - that reminds me that our caravan insurance might be up when we are in Wales in a few weeks.
