current prices £3500 - £4500 we need the space …. If I was keeping it I would want to upcycle it… but it works fine as it is…. Has a sink but nothing else … would make a great Airbnb super comfy as mattresses are sprung…first person to come can have it…. This is an amazing bargain we paid £3500 just one year ago.
