I'm awaiting news of a potential Eriba purchase, with a decision hopefully to be made on Tuesday.. As such it would appear our Triton may soon be available for another owner to enjoy. To be blunt I'd prefer not to trade-in, a private sale is better for me and the next owner. I'm pitching the van at what I think would be about a £2k saving on dealer price.

Supplied new by Lowdhams of Nottingham in February of 2017 to my factory order specification.
This is basically a GT specification van in white with a lot of extras, some factory fit.

General stuff:-
This is our 4th Eriba since ownership started back in 2003. We are selling due to purchase of our 5th Eriba. This van has been used and looked after, not abused. It has spent more time on the sunny and dry sites of Europe than the wet UK. Over the years it has been “fettled” and the usual Eriba issues found on newer vans of loose screws etc do not exist. It has been cleaned after use, polished a couple of times each year and until the winter of 2022/23 stored when not in use in a garage. Axle stands have been used for the winter lay up until 2022/23 since which the cradle type tyre savers have been used, along with a generic Kampa cover.

I sourced a Rapido ? motorhome model. I cannot recall the serial number but if you dredge though the brochures I'm sure you'll see it. I then turned two thick tube like washers to throw the bottom fittings out a little so the carrier sits nice and vertical. I'm a bit anal about things like that.
I made a wooden jig up so I could drill through the waist frame at 90 degrees then bolted the top fitting brackets into place. The bottom mounting bar is again bolted trough with spacer tubes where the insulation would be so the rear wall did not deform. A timber batten spreads the load inside. Stainless bolts obviously used throughout and sikaflex.
