Our Puck arrived yesterday and we couldn't be happier. Our thanks are already extended to this forum, as we had absolutely no idea how to put the Soplair awning up! I'm sure that more fun and games will ensue as we find our caravanning feet... What larks!

Lovely looking Puck and a vintage awning to go with her. Excellent job of erecting the awning. Never easy the first time

If they are not already colour coded. get some cheap rolls of various colour insulation tape and mark each pole while at the same time creating a diagram of the pole positions and the colour coding. eg. red pole clips into red pole etc

The previous owner had handily labelled some bits, left and right, but I shall go with the tape idea to make more visible!

Yes, the tape idea is a simple but effective idea and many owners use it.

The red to red tape for instance, should be stuck near the ends of the two poles where they join. Therefore the other end of the same pole might by blue to blue.etc.

If you run out of colour choices then put two bands of red to red and so on.
