Well here is something I heard the other day;

Ask your current (oopsy lol) supplier to cut you off!

Then continue to use the electric and or gas

When eventually you get found out, because you will eventually!

Who is going to take you to court?

Does your gas or electric have the suppliers name written on it?

No I thought not! So who would it be?

N9 bright sparks or naked flames as were talking GAS here :-)

Possibly before you get taken to court you'll have the supply cut orf and it's the wrong time of year for that sort of malarkey my lad.

They don't cut you off if you just say you're switching but they will do if you keep using and don't have a new supplier because it'll still be being billed to the last guy holding the baby. They don't need a court order to cut you off.

If I ask to be cut off noone actually performs the task, I could ask for a number of reasons, I've gone all electric, I have self sufficiency, I would pay the bill of course but my point is who to? Prove its my last suppliers gas! ;-)
