I have always admired the Isabella awnings, the quality and designs are great, it appears that Isabella now make a traditional styled awning for the Eribas and it is called the Capri Coal. Automotive Leisure are selling them. I have emailed Isabella and they are available from any Isabella dealers.

Don't know that awning but I've found this pic which might help. It looks like you're on the right track but you need two long poles that will fit diagonally into the two hollow ends and back to the eaves poles.

"putting pole in one side tilted the other"

Shouldn't those 2 short pieces be angled downwards to form the ridge as in Randa's picture.

Looks like we are on right track. We seemed to have extra poles we thought were a mistake as they also didn't include a draught skirt as stated. Will try again tomorrow.

That's what we thought but they don't move, they are solid.

That crosspiece looks as if it's the wrong piece. Judging by Roger's pic such a crosspiece has a downward slope on either side and is longer as you can see a lump where there's an adjustable clamp. The one in Jacols pic is a sprung slot fitting that isn't adjustable.

Isabella do video's on awning erection but sadly not on the more niche Eriba models.

That's what we thought about that part. The awnings brand new and free with van when bought new from Adventure Leisure by previous owner. Maybe they threw in a duff one.

I think the adjustment is in the middle of the attached pole.

They look like they could rotate 90 deg.

Pooledweller has one of these awnings and may be the best person to get information from. I know he spent time in discussions with Isabella about this awning.

The part we need.
We have been in touch with Isabella by phone and correct part and missing draught skirt should be with us next week, coming from Denmark.
We are away on our first trip next week so will just use our Quest pop up screen house which we love.
