Got this name from Pepe le Pew's list of European Agents above as one of our Facebook friends suffered a broken door lock while near Biarritz. He went in there today and is delighted with the service:-

Cabbie 37 says:- ........the chap mentioned above gave me a flyer for an Eriba specialist near Rouen who he recommended. He did describe him as being not the most 'sociable' of people, being very 'matter of fact' in his dealings, but apparently he was able to supply my new friend with a replacement window for his van, albeit at some cost. I hadn't heard of the chap before but others may have. I thought it might be useful to share the details..
