Ah yes the Ariel Arrow - memories of seizing up my mate's Arrow on the way home after college. He couldn't rev my BSA C15 high enough to seize it! Happy carefree days sharing a few bobs worth of fuel to go for a ride.wStill have my father in laws 1961 Cub in my garage.

We had one of those igloo tents. A doddle to put up but the big step in was quite a hazard. Ours went to the local Scouts when children came along and we needed a bigger tent. Those were the days!

we used to have an igloo tent. This was the summer of '76.

They were easy to put up and had a built in groundsheet,, but it started losing air after we'd had it a year or so, I remember waking up one day to find it had collapsed and was lying flat on top of us.

That's another story... Before we had the igloo we had a Ford Nimbus motor caravan, my Mum and Dad liked it so they bought one too, only their's was a slightly different conversion, I can't remember the name now...

Typically I can't find a photo of ours with the roof open. We only had it for about a year because my husband didn't like the driver's seat as it wasn't contoured as it went down to form part of the bed.

Now I remember being in a similar car seat in the back seat of Dad's Austin A30 van only mine was solid metal with a tray on the front - how times have changed

"It's so simple even a woman could do it". They'd never get away with saying that today.
Clever idea though.

Today on one of the Eriba Facebook pages, someone posted this pic and set the task for people to decide where it was. Eventually someone came up with the correct answer after which I found the second pic.

It's Le Havre, probably late 50s early 60s (Morris Minor 1000).

A few years ago we stayed at a campsite in Oostburg, Netherlands and they had an old pic of the campsite on the wall. We couldn't replicate it exactly due to sight lines and camera lense sizes :-

We'd love to see any old postcards/photos that you are able to share.
