Review time with photos as promised.
- Packed nicely into a small bag with pull tensioners to get it nice and tight.
- Material usual lightweight synthetic stuff that I do not like, but at £85 you cannot complain.
- As with all awnings/canopies a bit of a fiddle to put up first time, but that was down to me as I can never figure out how to use the tension thingies on the guy ropes. Also I could not pet it out tight against the van as it was on concrete paving stones.
- Pegs are usual cheap nasty bendy things so use soimething decent instead.
- Decent fit on a post 2010 van, think it may sit even better on a pre 2010 van with smaller air gap at bottom of sides.
- Should stop the weather coming in the sides due to tunnel shape so good for short stays/wet weather.
- Gap underneath sides to me would imply it should not catch the wind as it can blow through.
- It was getting warm inside so Isabella Shadow/Fiamma Caravanstore still first choice for good weather.
- Door just touches roof when opened to 90 degrees.
- VERY quick to put away.
- It is worth the money.

Kenmore now have plenty in stock. Excellent service from them - I ordered one yesterday afternoon, and it's just been delivered!

In the process of ordering one but wondered if the "bit" you thread through awning rail is the right diameter....I'm guessing it must be as you have successfully put it up ? Thanks in advance.

Late update on this cheap awning.
We are back from a hilltop in Devon where the awning was subjected to Storm Hannah. The site owners actually came out to warn us about what was on it's way as they were concerned about the awning. The back end of the van protected it so it was not a "direct hit". The van got a battering and was rocked throughout the night and to a lesser extent over two days. The awning did flap but stood up fine.

Ray, I recall if it has two awning chords on it, 4 mm and 6.2 mm. Daft question, but you have slid the correct one in haven't you.
