Want to have an avatar, let everyone know which part of the world you are from, add a signature to your posts,set the forum clock to your part of the world and so on?

To do this hover your mouse pointer over your name in the navigation bar at the top

You will see a drop down menu appear like this

If you click options you get the menu to

Change profile/password

Settings

click on either to change whatever settings you want to change upload an avatar (no larger than 100 x100 pixels please) and so on

when you are finished click save or submit at the bottom of the page and that should change your settings
