Crease / ripple in side panel

I am looking to purchase an Eriba Troll or Triton. I have seen a nice mid 2000s but it has a crease / ripple in the aluminium panel to one side just above the waistline. Is this of concern?

Check for damp as it looks like it's near the corner of the window, the French made models were a bit prone for ripples. It is affectionately known as the Cernay wave (Cernay is the town in France where they were made)...😊
