Which sealant to use ?

I am fitting a Whale water socket to my Puck and would like to know what type of sealant I should use on the outside.
I assume it should be of the flexible type ?

Don't know which is best but I believe they are all flexible.

Andy,
Sikaflex 221/227 is the best, although Screwfix now do one that does the job. It is a non setting flexible adhesive gap filling sealant.
