Lights on

I don't have a leisure battery on our troll can anybody tell me why the 12v interior lights come on their selves when I put power to the van either via mains or connecting the electrics of the car ??? P.s its the touch lights

It's well documented on here that the touch lights tend to have a mind of their own and, rather like our TV at home, they switch on automatically when power is restored.
