We have the above awning and find it superb as it's very quick to put up (so hubby tells me) has proven to be very strong in winds and boy have we experienced strong winds and a good size for those needing plenty of space. This is our 3rd year of using this awning and once it needs replacing we will more than likely get the same again.

We used a Motordome Classic with our Innovation 1 campervan and liked it so much that we bought the taller version when we moved over to an Adria Compact motorhome. As you say Ellen they're quick to erect and for their weight and price very sturdy. In the end though we got so fed up having to detach and reattach it to the van every day that we gave up using it as an awning and used to erect it beside beside the van as a self contained tent, without a connection. Of course with a caravan you don't have that issue of detaching to go somewhere and it makes life a bit easier.

The Classic was my bad back awning, very stable and easy to put up/take down
