Maybe it is, maybe it isn't but one thing is certain, within the next 366 days, including this one which is marked on the calendar, it'll be Pepe Le Pew's birthday.

OK, so the challenge has been set by Pepe himself. What is the true date of Pepe Le Pew's Birthday and how old is he?
I've managed to discover the year of his birth. To give you a clue, his creator was Chuck Jones. I know it, what about you?
Here's another clue to the month he was born which leaves us with a specific day to find. Any one guess?
