Hi there , can anyone recommend a very very easy to fit Hitchcock and wheel or hun lock for my triton 430gt.

I have locks but they are too difficult for me to fit easily with neck problems

Genuine Alko hitch lock and Nemesis Ultra wheel clamp on my 430. The Nemesis is particularly good when compared to other wheel clamps in it's ease of fitting, size and weight.
Both usually available 2nd hand on the likes of Gumtree (cheaper) and e-bay (more expensive) for a sensible price.

If buying 2nd hand, the Nemesys should come with 2 receiver bolts, (bit like a wheel bolt but with a hole at one end that the lock fits into) an adapter tool to enable the bolt to be fitted and removed with a hex socket, and of course 2 keys. The receiver bolts are 2 different lengths. You should also have some washers to fine tune the fit. These are all available from the makers separately if needed. The bar that goes into the wheel opening should also have a sponge cover to protect alloy wheels.

Towsure have their own blue branded version at a lower price. I ordered one in January and they sent me a pukka one as they were out of stock.
