Happy St David’s Day to all our Welsh folk. Discovered today that St David was a man after my own heart, bit of a veggie and believed in treading lightly on the Earth. Only down side he wasn’t a drinker but you can’t have everything. Not sure what he’d think about some of the wonderful Welsh breweries and distilleries that exist these days.
