tyre date

At present i have the following information on my tyres.
It is a 185 R 14C 8PR 102/100 R
I have downloaded information on tyre sidewall markings along with load index and explanation of tyre size designation.
I'm trying to find the correct date of the tyres., manufactures code is " DOT 1PP A16 FA 1.
Is A16 FA 1 the date?

That doesn't look right. It should end with eg 2315 where '23' is the 23'rd week and 15 is for 2015

I agree with Steve and Debbie.

Here's a little more on the subject. Often the date appears on the side wall of the tyre fitted to the inside.
