Sorry I'm late but I was traveling around Puglia. There are one campsites, https://www.monzacamping.it/, it is inside the Monza Park (almost on the F1 track), but it is only open from 18 June to 18 September. Another, https://www.campingmilano.it/, is on the outskirts of Milan. Then there are many in the lake area.
