We bought our 530 Touring from Adventure Leisure just under 2 years ago. As it appears they have sadly gone into administration on the 20th of August, we are looking for a new provider to service our caravan and maintain the water ingress warranty. We are based near Wrexham, North Wales. There are plenty of local NCC registered service providers who claim they can do the work, however, I need a better understanding of Eriba’s compliance requirements of a provider in order not to invalidate the warranty. Any assistance would be appreciated.
