I like to set my satnav to avoid motorways, the new one does not have this setting but I found out the bicycle route setting does the same thing

Bicycle route seems like good idea. Just don't get confused with cycle path!
Might do for a Puck but not a Triton!

The Majestic has had a few fires over the years but you're right there was a bad one in the past couple of years.
