Had a lovely weekend away at the VHRA 'GOW!' hillclimb event over the bank holiday weekend.
This was the first time towing my Familia behind my US-built 1938 Ford Sedan. It has a 265 Chevy V8 engine, so power wasn't an issue, but I was still anxious about the 70 mile journey, however it towed fantastically.
We camped with our friends in their '64 Digue and had a wonderful weekend marshalling the event, with around 110 pre-1949 American hotrods running up the famous hill owned by the Bugatti Owners Club.
I'd recently made a side panel to match the sunshade on our Eriba and this worked perfectly.
