Also included will be aqua roll, grey water container, hitch and wheel lock, air awning with new pump, winter cover, mattress topper and 2 duvalays. And a pair of towing mirrors.
It does have some interior staining due to past water leak.
Would £12k be an unreasonable price? We will not be selling at the end of June as we have some trips booked, so this is not (yet) a for sale post.

Sounds reasonable in the current market.
