Hi Gavin.
I don't know how many are in the UK but I suspect very few. We've never seen one at any of the rallies. There are quite a few abroad though.
We've never seen inside one but judging by the interior photos I've seen of yours, they look like a very nicely designed van g145-Eribelle-Interiors.html.
Perhaps you'd like to join us at the summer meet so that you can show her off to us all. Last year, Campnsnooze and their "Future" and Bigloue and their "Feeling" were the star attractions 
Please add more photos when you can.
Here's the Dutch Eribelle club I was talking about :- http://www.eribelle.nl/ (it does translate into English) It's interesting that they were made for 3 years in the '80's (1986-1989) and then again for 3 years in the '90's (1995-1998)
I'm sure that if you were to Email them they'd happily give you more information ((most Dutch folk have English as a second language). We'd love to hear more too

while all the technical are mentioned, is it wise to ask your eriba how old?
am as old as my chassis and a little older than my wheels springs to mind 
best keep applying the cream polish
