Soplair awning curtains

Hi all,

Does anyone have any info on how the curtains in a Soplair awning are hung? Ours are missing and we'd like to make some.

Thanks

Me too, we've never had any curtains for our Soplair Ardeche. Would love to be able to make some , the strip that attaches the curtain to the awning is going to be the difficult part to find

This is how ours fit. The beadings probably fitted you’ll just need the hangers

We had this system on our previous Triton with a Soplair awning. I found the clipping of the curtains to be fiddly and irritating so I made an alternative system.
I took the curtains and made a sleeve at the top (they were still long enough to cover the plastic window) purchased some slender telescopic rods to slide them onto and sewed loops of thick elastic to the webbing that the curtains were designed to suspend from , one at each end and one in the middle.

Slide rod through central loop, slide curtains onto rods slip end of rods into elastic loops - done in about 20 seconds.

Thanks Denise, will see what I can do. Need to actually make the curtains first!
