Got a call from Cameron to say the van was ready for collection on 2nd Jan so picked it up last week. Have to say AL have done a fantastic repair job and we are well pleased
Now time to sit down a write my letter of complaint to Caravan Club regarding the insurers

Thats good news, any idea what caused the hub to fail in the 1st place? never seen anything like that before

It's amazing the lengths some folk will go to for a free new tyre and a wash.
On a more serious note, it's nice to see all seems to have turned out well. I do not envy you for what you have been through. Best of luck with the Caravan Club. You would not have expected such poor support from who are thought of as are one of the best companies to luck after you.
