Many thanks for all your birthday greetings. We are on a long and complicated holiday in Scotland,having progressed by degrees from Suffolk and a number of different accommodations (not caravanning) taking in Leek, Carlisle, S. Ayrshire for a big family wedding, Ardrishaig by the Crinan Canal, and now the beautiful Inner Hebrides island of Islay. We return via relatives near Stirling and York. Some great weather, especially walking in the Galloway Forest; the worst bit so far was taking Flow tests as requested by the Scottish Govt. before embarking on the Islay ferry.
