We took delivery of our Ocean Drive on Friday and loving it already.

This is our first caravan after years of camping so lots to learn and grateful for any hints and tips!

That's brilliant news - the Ocean Drive is a lovely Eriba. Welcome to a great friendly Forum.

I'm sure the ODt will give you lots of pleasure as you start getting it on sites. Many of us on the Forum are ex-tenters who have moved on to various Eribas and love the extra luxury, whilst still getting fresh air at night when we open the poptop's vents. It gives the best of both worlds, although I still enjoy the occasional night in one of our old tents.

Thank you for the lovely welcome. We've got our first adventure this weekend so looking forward to seeing how we get on. We're pulling it with an EV so keeping fingers crossed.

Oh that'll be interesting. Could you keep an account of how you get on with the Electric Vehicle (what make is it?).

There are a few reports on here already eg.

Towing with my Kia EV6 (electric)

Test drive electric Skoda Enyaq with Caravan

We could always do with more information on the subject.

We�ve got a Tesla Model Y (Long Range) with max tow capacity of 1600kg. We�ve got about 90 miles to do tomorrow so will see how it affects range and happy to share results if helpful.
