Hi not purchased touch light, but on-line search for caravan light i found a German company that had a large variety of caravan lighting and i purchased replacement bedroom lights exactly the same as fitted by Hymer but half the price.
Unfortunately cannot recall their name, but i am sure you would find them if you look.
As far as removal of existing lights, i think you carefully remove lens cover with a pen knife type instrument and there are screws holding the light fitting base.
note the wiring should have bullet type connectors fitted.

good luck

You do not say what age your van is as this could easily be a warranty issue. Even if older than a couple of years I would push the supplying dealer as the flashing "touch lights" was a known problem. On my now sold 2017 Triton I had some of mine replaced twice.
This has been covered several times on the forum so some time spent on the search facility should come up with useful information. This may help as a start:
Changing out the touch lights

Hi Colin sorry it's a 2015 troll may think about replacing the touch lights with lights with switch es I'm sure that's better than these irritating disco lights ....Phil.

Phil, I would be tempted to stick with the idea of the touch lights. After several replacements in my Triton they worked fine. I'm guessing Hymer/Eriba have now found a more reliable supplier as those in my 2022/23 Feeling have been faultless.
I have used this company for many years for all of my caravan electrical bits. I have found them competitive on price and the service they offer very good. https://clearcutconversions.co.uk/produc...g/touch-lights/

Thanks Colin I'll give them a try. The ones above the sink and the cooker their isn't access from inside the locker ie no panel to remove so I assume you have to remove the light itself. Only it doesn't want to twist off so I can't fathom out how to remove them . I'm not happy to force them for fear of breaking the light surround.
Have you any advice ??? Cheers Phil.

On mine you had to place the end of a blunt knife into the tiny gap between the central diffuser and the silver touch surround. It would then ping out and you can see the retaining screws

Hi Scouteralf,
The bedroom lights you bought- are these the new rechargeable ones that double as table lamps?
I’d love to find a source for them!

The older lamps with the white glass shades are readily available on Amazon. I have some similar ones spare which I will be selling on shortly.

Hi Colin

Just found and used this tip for getting the downlights in our Familia 320GT 2015 free from their moorings! Very helpful. Quite a fierce grip to overcome but confidence was justified in the end. Now I just have to locate the connections which I suspect are inside the cupboard end access hatch (kitchen) and under the added timber section below the cupboard (fridge) and then find a suitable replacement! Oh the joys…

From memory, when you open the top cupboards you should find a blanking panel set into the bottom of the cabinetwork. Undo a couple of screws and the wiring will be looped or folded into place. If you are lucky your new unit will have matching bullet fittings on the ends of the wires so it is a straight swap.

Well there you go. There’s an access panel in the bottom of the over fridge cupboard - just had to move the tea making stuff and peel back the anti-slip matting! The kitchen one is through the access panel in the side of the cupboard, it’s a quirk of the front end kitchen I think. Thanks again!

The campervanparts.uk store that is accessible through the link that Colin put up (in post no.4) are selling their similar touch lights off at £9 each at the moment (reduced from £25). Although their postage cost is stiff - I bought three and the postage was £9...

Kool Classics sell original Eriba ones for £45 each - and also non-genuine ones for £18 each.
