Sad but we have to move on…
If you’re on this web site you know what you’re looking for, so I won’t waste your time by telling you how brilliant the 420Gt is.
We bought this and never looked back it’s been utterly brilliant so much so that I spent many hours and many more pounds adding to it.
So, briefly this is a 2016 model, immaculate and just been professionally serviced.
The upgrades are as follows:

Eriba 420 Pop Air Awning affixes to caravan and inflates in minutes effectively doubling living space, (cost new £950)
Allows for extra dining space for friends or even as a second bedroom.
Complete with internal carpet

2 Gas bottles

100 Watt solar panel and solar controller for “off the grid” camping.

Wall Mounted Avtex HD TV with remote.(can receive via terrestrial broadcast or online streaming

External detachable TV antenna with in-line amplifier

Netgear MR1100 WiFi hot spot. (allows ‘streaming’ programs to HD TV and links to your other digital equipment.)

Plus an external antenna for the HotSpot for when you are in areas with impossible mobile signals

600 watt 240 volt power inverter. Converts 12V battery power to 240V AC

Full size winter storage cover.

Upgraded 40L pumped fresh water supply. Aquaroll

Wastewater container/transporter

Extra 13 amp sockets for ‘on site power’ whilst using the electric hook-up cable (supplied)

Extra table for outside dining

Carbon Monoxide alarm

Smoke Alarm

Fire extinguisher plus Fire Blanket

Additional sockets with USB ports

Additional 12 V power outlets

Hitch towing lock PLUS wheel lock - double security.

CRiS registered - (the National security Register of UK touring caravans)

Happy to answer any questions and provide anymore detailed photos.
Will add the pictures when I find the right button !!

£18500 drive away tomorrow and let the adventure begin

Sorry you're having to get rid of it. It's a lovely looking van - our first Triton was a 420 (although 1999 model!), followed by two 430s..

Unfortunately, I'm not a potential buyer, however I do want to ask: Did you do the Aquaroll water installation, or did you get it done by someone else? I've just bought a 2016 540 Troll and plan to do the conversion myself, but I'm looking for plans/inspiration to get me going. Our (just sold) 2005 Triton 430GT had had this done and it was excellent.

I also see you have the table track added to the front of the drawer unit. Did you do this? If so, where did you buy the track. I have found the maker (Movera), but am struggling to find a UK supplier with stock...

Good luck with your sale,
Simon

Yes, it is. It's horrible.

All we do is drive this thing - sadly what goes on under the bonnet is nothing to do with us.

Hi Simboc
Yes I did do the Aquaroll conversion myself. I believe it was the first upgrade I installed.
I’ve always been a DIY fan and assumed that it would be quite easy to do.
What could possibly go wrong !
Running the water pipes was fairly straightforward - from the kitchen sink - down through the floor of the van - cable tied to the chassis but protected inside a plastic tube (think I used electrical conduit) and then up through the floor into the under wardrobe space.
The water connection (the unit that fits onto the outside of the van) was likewise simple but it was daunting drilling holes in my pristine new caravan. This unit emerges then inside the wardrobe. The bathroom tap supply was very easy, simply passing the new water pipe over the wheel arch and into the wardrobe space.
All that was then needed was the electrics which also should be straightforward but frankly this caused me more problems than I expected.
It’s too long ago for me to remember the specific problem I had but I do remember that this was the job that transformed a simple saturday DIY to a whole weekend (and a bit of cursing !)
Sorry I can’t give you the details but I do seem to remember that I found a lot of help for the planning via this forum.
BTW where I refer to the wardrobe I of course mean the under wardrobe space.
Re the track on the unit - No, that was pre-installed, however as I made a new dining table (as the supplied one is over-heavy and too big to easily stow away) so the new table required a length of track to go into the existing table fitting BUT I can’t remember where I sourced it - sorry.
As with most of these things an hour on the internet solves most of these questions … and this forum has loads of experienced people.
Good luck

We have the Ultraheat electric addition to the gas heater and that sits in the under-wardrobe spot. I'm not terribly happy putting a water supply into the same area. Our Triton had the water inlet in the bathroom, between toilet and cupboard. so I may have to go that route.

Hmmm; if I'd only spent an hour researching I'd be happy...

Just been quoted £1000 for a replacement (new, genuine Eriba) table, so the track is not top of the list at the moment

Thanks for the help,
Simon
