BBQs - charcoal or electric?

Hi I was wondering what members thought about the choice of BBQ? I’m inclined to get a Weber ‘Go Anywhere’ charcoal one, but a friend has advised an electric one. I’m not sure now what way to go. I’d appreciate any advice.
Thank you

If it's not charcoal it doesn't taste like a BBQ. But how many people can actually do a good BBQ. I think you need to do them regularly to get the knack and that is something I do not do. As such we went for a Cadac, but only ended up using it as an outside heat source for a large frying pan as it was a pain to clean. We the tried a COBB, which was excellent, but again a pain to clean.
I've now sold both and use an induction hob on an extension lead outside in the shade, or if the wattage is low a simple single gas ring.
