Door hinge screw spinning

Hi all - looking for advice again!

Foolishly I thought it would be a good idea to remove the door of my 530 to spruce up the hinges. On rehanging, the screws attached (or not) to the door frame are spinning.

What would be the best solution for stripped thread in thin aluminium?

Any thoughts would be aqppreciated as always.

..... a slightly larger bolt with a smaller thread seems to have worked - problem solved hopefully.

I had been considering doing the same, as the lowest hinge on my Troll has flaking paint, but I've now decided to do my best with it in place!

Yep, good idea! Absolute nightmare, adjusting the door to refit was not easy either. On the plus side, all screws are now attached to the caravan. I think only 1 in the upper hinge actually did anything previously.
