Adverts, anyone know how to turn them off

Pleeeeeeese help!!!!! Before I do something serious! My brain is hurting and my frustrations are growing!

I might need it in simple terms ie switch on your device

I nearly booked myself in for lobotomy but then thought I'd go for the full rectal examination as that was more likely to provide results

Sorry, but although we pay for this site we have to put up with some advertising or else go the whole hog and pay double the price to get rid of them all together.
Some members have come up with a solution however :I pad users

No problem with that at all it's just that they cover my name so I am not able to click on it to find pm's or the latest posts lol

Can you tell me another way to access those? Pretty please ;-)

How very strange. I see the text as per the attached screenshot and the although it essentially says 'remove advertising' by clicking on it the adverts appear. A second click and the adverts go away to be replaced with the text once more. I wonder if it's a thing to do with the service provider?

If you are using Firefox as your browser, download and install 'Adblock Plus' add-on and all the adverts will disappear.

I don't have any on my screen.

Many thanks for that but I'm on my phone, Samsung note2 ;-) since having this I seldom use a pc or laptop
