IKEA have a new range out for 2018 called Sommar. Lots of nice bits that may be of use, but in particular a woven plastic outside carper/groundsheet for the awning. One size available for £25 in either striped or diamond pattern, perfect for under an Isabella Shadow 2.4m.

The shame is for £10 they do a runner in a really bright colourway along witha diamond and a zigzag pattern, but these are not on the website or instore in the larger size.

I have this material in a small runner/doormat bought from Aldi/Lidl last year and it is excellent. I might just get the colured runner as a replacement.

Very attractive patterns. Do you have problems from campsite owners about them regarding breathability?

As an aside, there looks to be an interesting series of programmes about Ikea starting on BBC 2 next Tuesday called "Flatpack Empire". I think completely coincidental with the recent death of Ingvar Kamprad, Ikea's founder.
