Tap with cracked spout

Hi Folks
I have an eriba 320 2015. Just noticed only today that the spout has a micro crack up it from where it joins on to the main tap body. Has anyone had this problem before & any recommendations for getting a new spout & I presume it just screws on. I don’t want to disturb it till I have a new one

leisureshop direct may have one https://www.leisureshopdirect.com/ look in water menu second column

there is big nut underneath to undo to take tap out oh & the wiring to undo, jubilee clip & pipe, refitting pipe may need cup of boiling hot water to soften.
take photo. so can assess job
is it leaking or just cosmetic

I’m hoping I can just unscrew the spout by hand and just screw another one on but don’t really want to unscrew the old one till I have a new spout to screw on, it’s dripping from the crack just above where it screw on.

Do they use different taps on different eriba’s over the years?

Taps have changed over the years. Some models had a drop in ceramic type sink so the tap was mounted through the work surface. Later vans had a stainless steel sink with a simple cold only swivel tap coming out of the side of the sink. Move on to newer vans and we see work surface mounted taps that might be cold only or hot/cold mixers.
