Drop the shower gel or soap and you have to open the door to bend down and pick it up.


I had nothing to do on this hot afternoon
But to settle down and write you a line


Skoda Karoq 1.5 Petrol DSG and a 420. A Bailey Phoenix + 420, with oven, microwave, shower cubicle, solar panel, ATC and external gas point.

I suppose you could tie a piece of string to your showger gel and tie it somewhere convenient, so if you drop it you can recover it without contorsions. Or get a soap on a rope (do they still make those?)

We used the shower during the lockdown, it does help been short, we are both 5’2”. We bought a extending curtain pole and put a shower rail/ curtain across the window. I sealed all the gaps with bathroom sealant. The shower was a very quick ship shower, wet yourself down, lather up, shower off. We put hot water in the container to make warm water. Now the plague is over we use the on-site facilities


When I go on holiday I like to pop my top!
