Yes I'd go along with that. Square side window and vents below indicates a kitchen area.

Is this one in Canada? Looks to be a nice condition.

It's in Montreal . And we are considering buying it, but the owner is in Europe and can't be reached. So we are trying to figure out the layout from the only picture we have

about half way down you'll come to the Tritons.

See the first yellow backed diagrammatic for the square side window model with kitchen beneath.

Then scroll down to the M where the yellow diagrammatic shows a side cupboard and a front kitchen.

I think it's the first layout because of the side window and side vents.

I could be wrong however. It'll be interesting to hear how she ended up in Montreal. She does really look like a good one.
