EV charging with caravan attached

I have not yet seen any charge points that can be used whilst a caravan is attached to the car.

Every charge point I have seen so far are "nose-in" type.

Maybe there are some at Motorway Service Stations, I certainly hope so.

Fortunately we have a PHEV, so this is not a huge issue, on a recent 300 mile tow the car achieved a respectable genuine 42mpg.

(PS For those interested in PHEV - most of my non-towing journeys are less than 30 miles - and my present monthly cost of fuel - petrol and electric - is slightly less than my monthly cost of diesel was pre-covid - even with the new cost of electricity)

The "new" electric points we saw on our last week's trip via A1M, M25, M3 were all nose in. I've certainly not heard of any that you can charge at whilst towing. It will come, I expect, but the market's too small at the moment.
