Hi does anybody know if its possible to buy a replacement fly net for the pop top ventilation
Window ours appears to have developed a little tear in it ....and where I could get one ....Phil.
It says they do replacement vent meshes, and if I remember correctly Julie Grafo got them to do some for her.
Worth a phone call, I reckon.

I've found a couple of small tears in ours and have ordered some blinking expensive fly net repair tape from Amazon. It was the only one I could find in white. I hope it will do the job for now!

So here's the result using the repair tape. It's quite a similar mesh size, however it's so sticky that I have applied it from both sides, which makes it stand out rather more. Better than attracting dust and dirt, I felt. Certainly good enough for an emergency tear.
I will order two new triangular end meshes from Hymer - if I can afford them (They're only fitted at the vents on a post 2010 Eriba, so no mesh all the way round to have to keep tucked in at night.)

I think I'd prefer to spend my money on something else Simon. I'm fussy, but that is not in your eye line and I could live with that repair.

Isn't it a bit like when you paint a ceiling and you can see you missed a bit? No one else sees it and you soon stop looking at it yourself. I'm in Colin's camp here. Give it a few weeks and see if you are still bothered by it...

I'm sure you saw it, but they do say they can do the mesh triangles.
This is a complete guess, but surely they're cheaper than Hymer?
I mean everybody is cheaper than Hymer.
For everything.

Good suggestion - I will try them. On first glance at their website they seemed to be doing just the whole net or canvas "thing" for older Eribas, so I have fixed the holes for now and will return to it when time and funds allow! Just keen to get away in it for our first trip before I pop my clogs...
Also sidelined by fixing all the other things that appeared OK, but that have suffered the toll of 8 years, plus German construction and design "improvements", like the internal door and cupboard hinges (whoever thought it was a good thing to screw small screws into MDF mouldings - yes, they look curvy and modern, but it's like fixing them into cheese), a spare wheel that can't be removed from its cradle (the dealer greased the hinges and the hold-up bracket, but not the stupid bolt inside the spare wheel - glad I checked it), etc., etc. And the badly made front gas locker, where the sealant has hardened and allowed moisture in.
And all the 240V sockets are at the front of the caravan, or on top of the wardrobe. None at the back (unless you bought the GT package update, which gave you two more 240V sockets). So that's an urgent update, plus some USB and USB-C sockets. And a battery voltage indicator (did that on my Triton and it was so good, high up on the wardrobe side, so you could see it) à la Aaron Calder's design.
No peace for the wicked - and I must have been really, really bad...

Don't do a first glance.
Read what it says.
It says "Replacement vent meshes can also be supplied for later Eribas (email with dimensions please as these vary)."
I could ring them up for you and see if they could pop round with a sample

I've ordered 3 vent meshes from Matts soft tops so I'll tell you what they are like when I receive them apparently they only do grey but with grey body work I'm not to fussed....Phil.
