Hi fellow Eribas
We (my wife Lizzie and I) recently purchased a Puck L from 1998 and are currently carrying out some necessary renovations. Overall, we are delighted with it.
We didn't realise that Eribas are a caravan apart when we purchased; something simply was more appealing about the Eriba compared to other similarly sized vans - the understated, retro design, the pop-up top allowing more efficient towing and storage in a garage. I was very pleased to subsequently come across this helpful forum full of useful information.
We could have taken rather more care about the selection of the van but rather by good luck than good management we have the exact model and age of Eriba which meets our wishes - and a model that doesn't appear to come up for sale too often within reasonable distance - and in reasonable condition. I look forward to sharing some of the problems that I discovered when we got the van home as it may help other prospective Puck purchasers make a more reasoned choice. Fortunately, I like a project!
We look forward to many adventures in it in the near future now the children are of an age to be independent.
Kind regards
Lynton
