Washer Bottle Feeding

Driving around Norfolk at the moment and I am amazed how the locals
stick to the speed limits, and how few of them have mudflaps fitted!
I have filled the washerbottle twice since we arrived.
Luckily I found a Halfords as it is my usual washer bottle feed, it seems to
have improved over the last couple of years, managing to shift most filth
quickly.
Previously I used Decosol, or Prestone. Prestone is available in summer
and winter formula Decosol seems to have dropped off the radar recently,
but was always a very good. I have just bought an additive for those really
tough road spray smears, it contains methanol, Prestone Windscreen
Wash Booster
I had to fit new wiper blades as the large blade decided to come apart on the
way up. I generally fit Bosche Aero Twin wipers but had to settle for Halfords
flat wipers as the Bosche I needed were out of stock. They still work beautifully
and are £10 cheaper than the AeroTwin, I will buy some spare blades (refills)
to carry in the tool kit from now on.
It seems the Halfords wipers get a good review http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/accessories...r-blades-tested

I met one of those big articulated Ford tractors on the Cromer road,
the tyres must be 8feet in diameter, all massive four of them! No Mudflaps!

I am sticking to the speed limits, as the locals must know something I don't.
I'd love to take a big bike down some of these straight roads.
I do have an advantage over the locals, I am not flustered when I get to a bend,
they are just not used to bends obviously.

You running a temperature, Rod? There's enough ammunition in your last few posts to keep a Psychiatrists conference going for a week.
