Not got round to trying it again yet. I think a call to the avtex helpline might be in order,because i have power to the aerial from the tv but still not many locked in. Might try one of the log aerials that was in a previous post.

Log aerial if you look at the website it shows these long aerials with
a "u" shaped support bracket so they can be mounted in a balanced
position to avoid drooping

Thanks for the tip Crow, we went to this place yesterday and the Rob part of Robanne was very pleased with his purchase.
not realising that we wouldn't get tv and aerial sockets, another job now!!

I bought the mast plus one extra section, Vision Plus Jockey Wheel Mast.

Just a quick thank you to you crow for the advice about the log aerial,i got a log dm18 and it has been brill on our two weeks in Padstow. 106 channels on the first tune in and no picture flicker. Many thanks Neil, Karen and Evie the Troll.
