Strange, we didn't have any problem with pitching at that site and the place we chose was sort of in the middle of the lane round at the far end as we were told to try. I have encountered the C&CC site wardens with this sort of thing before however.

the cost of safety.

to be honest the currant gap( in my limited opinion) required is not enough, if you have ever seen a fire, the heat devastation once it took hold actually spreads much further than the currant metre spec. That is without the gas complication.
(just consider a garden incinerator in a frosted garden, how much area is defrosted once a fire is lit)
Thank goodness caravan fires are not common place,
The annual caravan service gives some piece of mind.

The Queen went to church at West Newton we were invited but I did not want to be frisked!
(thats how I ended up married)
At the Sandringham visitor centre there was a very good A4 sized hardback book listing all
the Windmills, from Cromer back down the coast (Suffolk?) I think that would be a nice area to visit.
Very warm here, lots of stunting aeroplanes and a couple of Army Helicopters playing.
