Only two 2CV's and an Ami I always liked the vans especially the bigger version,
the Citroen H-Van. I used to see these at various motorcycle venues usually with
a bed and a workshop in the back they were very touchy vehicles and a harsh word
could see you still in the paddock area grinding the starter after everyone else went home

A few years before we had an Eriba, we saw this lovely trio while stopping over at Chalons en Champagne:-

The 2CV looks to have the boot extension where the boot lid closes onto the top of
a curved extension.
I have never seen a camper version of the H van, I have seen camper versions of
the 2CV and even a tubular single berth trailer/caravan on tow.

Yes, there are a whole load of images of that type of boot extension on Google Images as well as a fair selection of H type Campervans
